Meet our team.

Sarah Welch DeMayo
Founder and Chief Storyteller
Pretty much from sunup to sundown, Sarah is pondering what makes humans connect and why messages hit or miss. It's this fascination with social behavior that drives her to help organizations communicate better.
Sarah has two decades of experience in communications and founded Vibrancy in 2012. She wears many hats, including brand strategist, creative director, copywriter and project manager. Most of all she fancies herself a storyteller who loves balancing seriousness and fun to produce great work.
She serves on the board of the Braintree Chamber of Commerce and is a past adjunct professor of marketing communications at Stonehill College. In 2019, she won the “best of the best” award for writing from the New England Society for Healthcare Communications.
Sarah earned her M.S. in broadcast journalism from Boston University and B.A. in social psychology from Tufts University.
Her free-time loves include music, maps, gardening, politics, pop culture, and adventure-seeking with her husband and three sons.

Kerry Piccolo
Head of Marketing & Operations
Kerry joined Vibrancy Communications in 2019 with the mission to drive marketing excellence within the agency. Since 2015, Kerry has served as a social media coordinator and webmaster for Braintree Public Schools. Earlier in her career, she worked as an account supervisor with Arnold Worldwide.
Kerry has a B.S. in business administration with a major in marketing from Stonehill College, and she is certified in email marketing and content marketing from Hubspot.
She is a wife and mother of two, and in her free time enjoys wine night with her neighborhood book club and sweating it out at the gym.
